I earned a Master's in Social Work (2017) at the University of Connecticut. My area of concentration was mental health and substance use. My undergraduate studies were in psychology; I graduated with my B.A. From Clark University (Worcester, MA - 2015).

I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) # C014111 in North Carolina.

My approach to therapy is humanistic, person-centered, and collaborative. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy. I use an eclectic approach and will tailor treatment to fit your needs and goals.

My experience is primarily with adolescents and young adults ages 18-26, although I have worked with adults of all ages. I am passionate about being a positive, helpful influence on young peoples’ journeys. I enjoy working with individuals to address identity exploration, life transitions, and those living with mood and anxiety conditions. I have considerable experience serving the LGBTQ+ community and understand the specific challenges faced by this population. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for self-expression and personal growth.

Your mental health is our priority. At Harbor Counseling and Consulting, we want to help you navigate life's storms and find peace and purpose. We look forward to supporting you on your journey
