Dr. Courtney Cantrell is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, including as a former Air Force psychologist and former head of the North Carolina Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Use Services. She specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and hypnotherapy.
